Angel Hair Seafood Pasta

A savory quick, easy meal for seafood lovers.

Ingredients

  1. 8 ounces Seafood Medley Frozen
  2. 1 Garlic Clove
  3. 1 Table Spoon Olive Oil
  4. 2 Table Spoons of White Wine
  5. 2 Table Spoons of Chicken Broth
  6. 1 Table Spoon Butter
  7. 4 ounces Angel Hair Pasta
  8. Dash Salt
  9. Dash Pepper
  10. Dash Garlic Powder
  11. Dash Oregano

 

Instructions

  1. Defrost seafood in cold water
  2. Boil Angel Hair Pasta
  3. Over medium heat, add olive oil and crushed garlic clove.
  4. Add seafood, cook for 2 to 3 minutes, and flip.
  5. Add spices Pepper, garlic powder, salt, and oregano
  6. When shrimp curl, add wine and chicken broth.
  7. Add seafood starts to brown add butter.
  8. Mix cooked pasta into the pan and serve

Notes

In the photo, I added way too much pasta. I like to eat 2 servings of pasta generally as I’m a big eater.  And I’ll use half a bag of seafood. So with bread and salad, technically, according to product labels, this might be 2 servings. I would be hungry. Hopefully, this gives you some context to portion size.

I also find that seafood defrosts fairly quickly I didn’t include that in the prep time.  Be sure that you drain the seafood if you defrost it in water.  I use a paper towel to dry seafood. You don’t want water in the pan.
