Blonde Brownies

Blonde Brownies In Glass 9x12 Pan

Like a brownie but without chocolate instead, it uses chocolate chips.

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups Flower
  2. 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  3. 2 cups Brown Sugar
  4. 2 Eggs
  5. 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  6. 1/3 cup Nuts
  7. 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  8. 1 Teaspoon Salt
  9. 2/3 cups Butter
  10. 2 Teaspoons Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients, including brown sugar, and mix in a bowl.
  2. Melt butter in the microwave for 1 minute.
  3. Add butter, egg, and vanilla and mix together until batter forms.
  4. Add chocolate chips
  5. Spray 9×12 pan with nonstick spray
  6. Cook 30 minutes @ 350 degrees

Notes

I use light brown sugar, which helps give it that nice blonde color. The image you see is without nuts, but I highly recommend using walnuts.

The batter is a weird thick consistency, so I spread it out evenly don’t be alarmed by that.
