I can’t think of any appetizer that I like better. Not pizza rolls or crab things. We make these every New Year when my wife throws our annual New Year’s Eve party. It’s her recipe, and once again, I notice that all the grape jelly meatball recipes online are different than hers. Again I’ll say don’t overcomplicate things. This is the only recipe I can think of that I don’t even add salt or pepper. This is a great recipe for Superbowl Sunday. It’s also great for any time you go to a dish event.
You can make meatballs from scratch using my meatball recipe, just don’t add tomato sauce, instead, pop them in the crock pot and follow this recipe.

My wife might add some garlic powder and onion powder. I don’t, and it always comes out amazing. Don’t forget toothpicks if this is being served as an hors d’oeuvre at a party.
My favorite place to buy meatballs is from Costco.
