Last Meatloaf Recipe You Will Ever Try

Meatloaf is made of ground meat with other stuff cooked in the shape of a loaf and baked.


Units Scale
  1. 2 pounds of Ground Beef
  2. 4 Pieces of White Bread
  3. 2 Eggs Beaten
  4. 1 Small Onion
  5. 1 Green Pepper
  6. 1 Teaspoon Salt
  7. 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  8. 1 Tablespoon Grey Poupon
  9. 2 Tablespoons Horseradish
  10. 4 Tablespoons Ketchup
  11. Additional Ketchup for the top


  1. Chop the onions and peppers into small cubes similar in size to the grilled onions to In-N-Out Burger if you have ever been there.
  2. Cube the four slices of white bread.
  3. Beat Egg
  4. Start adding the ingredients one at a time and mixing gently with your hands.
  5. Last, add the ketchup to the top.
  6. Bake 90 minutes @ 350 degrees.


Add the ingredients in order and mix each one in individually one at a time, I use my hands to mix it gently.

Another thing to note is that my dad always used a square casserole pan to bake the meatloaf and not a loaf pan. I used a loaf pan to take better photos and I think it tastes better cooked in a casserole pan. Maybe we should change the name?
